By using Teemly, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are using the platform on behalf of a school, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
Teemly is provided for school assessment, question management, test assignment, student submissions, result generation, and educational reporting.
The platform supports different roles:
Users must only access features and data permitted for their role.
Schools are responsible for:
Teachers may create questions, create tests, assign tests, review submissions, and download reports only for students and classes they are authorized to access.
Teachers must not upload unlawful, harmful, discriminatory, offensive, or copyrighted content unless they have permission to use it.
Students may use the platform only to access assigned tests and view permitted results.
Students must not:
Platform admin access is restricted to platform-level operations, including school setup, support, compliance, and platform health checks.
Platform admins must not access school data except where necessary for support, security, compliance, or platform operation.
Users must not:
Schools and teachers remain responsible for the questions, tests, and other content they upload or create.
By uploading content, the user confirms they have the right to use it on the platform.
Teemly may store, display, process, and use uploaded content only to provide the platform services.
The platform helps generate scores and reports based on submitted answers and configured tests. Schools and teachers are responsible for reviewing results before using them for final academic decisions.
We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, hosting issues, internet failures, or third-party service interruptions may affect access.
Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure. Any suspected unauthorized access should be reported immediately to: [email protected]
We may suspend or remove access if a user or school violates these terms, creates security risk, misuses data, or uses the platform unlawfully.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teemly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or academic decisions made solely based on platform output.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
