How Wzdm.in collects, stores, and protects data for schools, teachers, and students.
Wzdm.in is an online assessment platform for schools and colleges. Schools subscribe to the platform to run MCQ and coding assessments for their teachers and students. When a school onboards, they accept our data processing terms, and we process personal data on their behalf as a data processor.
We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:
We do not use personal data for advertising. We do not sell or share data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Every school's data is stored and queried under a unique school identifier. This is enforced at the server level on every database operation. No school can access another school's students, teachers, tests, questions, or results.
Within a school, access is restricted by role. Administrators, teachers, and students each reach only what their role permits — enforced server-side on every request. A teacher cannot access another teacher's classes, and a student cannot access other students' results.
The platform is used by schools to assess students, including minors. Schools are responsible for obtaining any required parental or guardian consent before enrolling students on the platform. Wzdm.in processes student data solely on the instructions of the subscribing school.
Student, teacher, and assessment data is retained for the duration of your school's active subscription. Schools may request deletion of their data by contacting us at support@wzdm.in.
If you have a question about data held about you, contact your school's administrator. For data processing inquiries as a school, contact us at support@wzdm.in.
We may update this policy. Schools will be notified of material changes by email ahead of them taking effect.
